Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identifies sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business
  • Engage with leads and potential clients to build an active sales pipeline and do sustained follow-up to close new accounts
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
  • Assist in creating sales plan, set revenue targets, develop and execute a strategy to meet the targets
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and delivering powerpoint presentations and demonstrations of the product, articulately and confidently
  • Keeping the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool up to date. Pre-existing knowledge of ZOHO would be an added advantage
  • Understanding the functioning of the product. Pre-existing knowledge in the finance and regulatory IT area would be an added advantage;
  • Marketing and promoting portfolio of product by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events or preparing for the same; Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of relevant and constantly changing software and industry trends in the market
  • Developing, updating and adhering to an effective sales plans using sales methodology
  • Pitching Clients to create interest in the product, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
    Preparing for important internal & external meetings by doing necessary and relevant research
  • Attending client meetings and capturing minutes of the meetings and informing all the stakeholders in regards to the action & discussion items
  • Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets
  • Networking with existing customers to forge strong professional relationships and promote additional products and upgrades
