Yoga to the rescue-
To live through this pandemic period, yoga is the best thing to adopt as a lifestyle habit. Mental and physical health are equally important. On HexaConnect, we had a yoga session conducted by one of our team member Sheetal Marathe. We did the basic breathing exercise which helped us relax our body and mind and keep away from negative thoughts.

Yoga is very necessary and a must-do for everyone to lead a healthy life. It is all about creating a balance in your life. It is about balancing your senses, balancing your body, soul and mind in order to live a healthy and peaceful life.
