The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major effect on people in India that includes our staff who have been reeling and have had a very difficult time. People there are facing challenges that can be stressful, overwhelming, and cause strong emotions. At #HEXACONNECT we had a very informative stress management session conducted by Medha Kadam. She discussed healthy ways to cope with stress- keeping a positive mindset, focusing on self-discipline & growth were the key pointers.
Learning to cope up with stress in a healthy way will make you, the people you care about, and those around you become more resilient.
